Terms and Conditions

1. Promoter

This raffle is conducted by North Shore Theatre Company, a registered not-for-profit organisation located at PO Box 893, Chatswood NSW 2067, [ABN16 633 960 383].

2. Raffle Period

The raffle opens on 10th June and closes at 9pm on 27th September 2025, or once all grid squares have been sold—whichever occurs first. The draw will take place at most 2 days after the closing date as stated above.

3. Eligibility

Entry is open to residents of Australia, and those aged under 18 years old with parental permission. Members involved in administering the raffle are not eligible to win.

4. Prizes

• 1st Prize: $500 cash (via bank transfer or cheque)
   

• 2nd–3rd Prizes: A pair of tickets to an upcoming North Shore Theatre Company production (approximate value $50 each)
   

Total prize pool value: $700

Prizes are not transferable or exchangeable. Ticket prizes are valid for the NSTC Production of Gypsy, on stage in September 2025.

5. How to Enter

To enter, participants must purchase one or more squares on a numbered grid. Each square costs $15 and corresponds to one unique raffle entry. Squares can be selected and purchased through our website.

There are a total of 100 squares available. Entries close when all squares are sold or at the end of the raffle period.

6. Draw Method

All sold squares will be entered into a draw. Winning squares will be selected randomly using a digital randomised spinning wheel. The first square drawn will receive the grand prize; the following three will each receive a secondary prize.

Once the draw will take place, winners will be announced immediately and notified by phone or email within 2 business days.

7. Unclaimed Prizes

If a winner cannot be contacted or does not claim their prize within 7 days, the prize will be redrawn on the 8th day.

8. Privacy

Information collected is used solely to administer the raffle and contact winners. It will not be shared with third parties unless required by law.

9. Limitation of Liability

North Shore Theatre Company is not liable for any loss or damage incurred from entering the raffle or accepting a prize, except as required by law.
