At North Shore Theatre Company (NSTC), our mission is to create high-quality, inclusive musical theatre that connects and uplifts our local community. Proudly run by passionate volunteers for over 70 years, we champion creativity, collaboration, and personal growth both on and off the stage.

As a community-operated theatre company, we hold ourselves to high artistic and professional standards while remaining grounded in strong, inclusive values. We believe in fostering a safe, welcoming space for all performers, crew, and volunteers—regardless of background or experience.

NSTC is deeply committed to nurturing the next generation of performers and theatre-makers. Through dedicated youth productions, workshops, and initiatives like our Production Intern role for under-18s, we actively support young people in developing their skills and confidence in the arts.

We strive to make every production a rewarding and educational experience, empowering individuals and strengthening the rich cultural fabric of Sydney’s North Shore.
